ST is a new residential real estate company emerging from a unique partnership between the visionaries behind Starwood Capital, Ducati, W Hotels, and the FDIC.
Avenue, Inc.helped ST define, articulate and launch their new company as well as re-launch the 50+ properties in their newly acquired national portfolio.
I was responsible for the creative direction and creative management of the ST brand and corporate identity. This included online and offline marketing and sales materials for both ST and their individual properties.
